This wax becomes a thin layer when it gets contact with air. These bees build up their nest by using the beeswax. This comb comprises of stores on both sides. Now a days during the time of harvesting honey, the beekeepers remove the comb cells and they cut down the beeswax for getting honey.
Honey is drained out by using honey extractor machines these days. There is a brood comb inside their hive, which is known as the nursery. Brood is the place where the queen bee lays and takes care of the eggs.
The purpose of making this cut comb honey by the bees is for preserving or storing their foods for the winter season when all the plants and flowers get dried up. These combs are well know for yummy sugary taste and also considered valuable for lot many other uses.
These hexagon shaped cells wax are accessible and there is a high demand for this in the market place. It is an extra concentrated honey. This is recommended as it is more pure, sweeter and tastier than other extracted honeys.
